I first bought a fermenting container like this when I began making kimchi and I fell in love! It’s also perfect for fermenting other foods such as sauerkraut, pickles and more. And when you’re not fermenting, use it as a regular food storage container, it’s quite versatile!
It has a built in airlock system to keep the fermentation safe so no additional weights are need. Additionally, it’s made with clear plastic so you can keep an eye on what’s going on in there!
