These are my personal notes about this product:
Redmond’s Real Salt is like the other salts presented on this website that are suitable for fermentation, there are no added ingredients such as anti-caking agents that can cause a fermentation to fail or go wonky. When making brine for fermentation, it leaves a reddish sediment at the bottom of the glass that doesn’t fully dissolve in water. I have used this salt and the undissolved sediment is not something that bothers me, however it can bother other people. Just be aware.
