These are my personal notes about this product:
Before placing the bread dough into the banneton/rattan proofing basket, it needs to be generously coated with flour so that the dough will release when the time comes to turn it out. Regular wheat flour works ok, but rice flour works fantastic! When I first heard this I didn’t believe the hype so went on using regular flour. One day I tried rice flour and after one use, I never turned back! It’s true, rice flour gives a superior non-stick release from the proofing basket!
