Save the parchment paper! I make frequent loaves of sourdough and I was burning through the parchment paper, but no more! Simply turn the proofed dough out onto the baking mat and use the easy lift handles to place the dough into the dutch oven. And more importantly, effortlessly lift it out after baking! It’s naturally non-stick so there’s no need to dust it with flour or spray with oil. I fell in love with this simple product with the first use!
