This PH test paper is used for taking PH readings of any liquid, including the brine of a fermentation, home brew vinegar or kombucha. It does not work with honey (in case you want to test your fermented honey & garlic) but does work great with fermented vegetables brine such as sauerkraut! Although a digital PH meter is my personal preferred method, PH test paper is better than no PH reading at all! Plus it’s less expensive.
