These are my personal notes about this product:
Technically it’s called a coffee bean grinder, but I use it to grind fresh spices and herbs instead. Fresh ground spices not only taste better, but are more nutritious compared to the pre-ground ones bought from a store. Most of my fermentation recipes include fresh ground spices using this grinder. I also like that it’s smaller and lighter than other grinders I’ve tried.
