A little background on how Clean Food Living came to be…. As I pursued my health quest over the years I found myself more interested in the nutrients produced by natural food sources rather than from tablets & capsules.
I wanted to learn how our ancestors nourished their bodies with foods & herbs before modern technology manufactured them into a bottle.
It wasn’t long before fermented foods crossed my path. I was excited to learn about the nature-made probiotics they produced, along with additional nutritional properties such as B-vitamins, enzymes, polyphenols and more. My instincts knew fermented foods needed to be a part of my life!
Nearly a decade after my first sauerkraut, I started a YouTube channel.
Through the enthusiasm received from my fermenting videos, the joy of teaching the art of fermentation has grown into passion! I consider it tremendous fun to help others learn the skill and knowledge of fermenting so that they too can become confident & competent fermenters!
