These are my personal notes about this product:
Kosher salt is suitable for fermenting when there are no added ingredients such as anti-caking agents that can cause a fermentation to fail or go wonky. This is a coarse Kosher salt fits the bill and especially works great with kimchi making due to the large sized crystal grains.
